The McGrath Consulting Group will conduct an independent efficiency
study/audit and assessment of the department's services. The benefit
of this process is to help identify the strengths, weaknesses,
and opportunities so that administrators can identify successes,
and/or areas for change. Thereby, enhancing the organizations
services, in a cost effective manner.
The evaluation
process is very comprehensive, and encompasses virtually all aspects
of the organization. Therefore, the McGrath Consulting Group never
produces a "canned" report. Rather, the consulting team customizes
